Six meetings across the country and here are the specials from Racing and Sports.

Today's Specials from the team Picture: Racing and Sports

RANDWICK: RACE 10

FLYING FOR FUN (6) progressive mare who can tick the 1200m box today. Produced slick closing splits first-up with a commanding win over 1100m in the G3 Maurice McCarten Stakes at Rosehill. More mature now and will take holding out from the sticky gate.

CAULFIELD: RACE 9

Looks a bit more open than the early market would suggest. BACASH (1) was very good at a big quote first up at Flemington, just run down late in Listed company to be beaten a head. He was very consistent in those second-tier races through the Spring and 1200m around here should suit nicely.

WERRIBEE: RACE 3

This looks the most winnable race WONDERDOWNUNDER (7) has contested and when you consider he's never finished further back than fourth and has the two runs at 1600m under the belt, he deserves to be considered the testing material.

DOOMBEN: RACE 5

ICARIAN DREAM (1) has been brought north again by the Ciaron Maher stable after one run back in Sydney, a close sixth over 1100m at Warwick Farm a month ago. Ran an excellent race the run prior in the 1400m Magic Millions Guineas. Should be winning if she can recapture that form.

ASCOT: RACE 5

LADIES PRO (5) is an exciting filly on resumption. She was thrown in the deep end before the break, tackling the WA Guineas where she showed she was up to the grade. Her recent trial coming into this was impressive and the 1200m journey fresh is no issue. Can resume on a winning note.

MORPHETTVILLE: RACE 9

STUNG (2) was very impressive here two weeks ago when taking out the Clare Lindop Stakes. She was running away from them late over the mile, so she should be even stronger out to 1800m. She'll just need a touch of luck from the draw.
