Geelong Race 5 - Eternal
Strong on speed win from this talented mare who led at a fast gallop under Mark Zahra but kept running, posting a good overall time figure winning by a length. Aside from her debut win, all her other victories have come when settling in the first two. Clearly she can run a strong 1400m and that will hold her in good stead around some of the tight turning tracks going forward.
Canterbury Race 4 - Cap Saint Martin
Third up in Australia and this former Joseph O'Brien trained import ran a clear new peak. The fresh run over a mile was good when earning a Timeform + with big late splits and he's gone on with it now over 1900m in good time. The win suggested further will suit in time and he could be one to follow through the Winter in these benchmark races.
