There was heavy rain on Friday but yesterday was sunny and today should be likewise so the track may be a bit soft but not too bad.

Croix du Nord is on top in the Morning Line – he won the Derby last year and not that far off in the Japan Cup finishing fourth.  His regular jockey Kitemura is on board.  2.7 is the quote.

There's not much between Danon Decile and Meisho Taberu.  Dadnon Decile won the Derby in 2024 and last year was third in both the Japan Cup and the Arima Kinen.  Satai is the jockey here.  Meisho Taberu won the Takarazaka Kinen and has Yutaka Take on board.  Take has won at least one G1 in every year that he's been riding.  They are both hovering around 4.5.

Lebensstil is on 8.1 – he recently won the G2 Nakayama Kinen and Lemaire has the ride.
