Mark Johnston began his training career in 1987, his first winner coming with Hinari Video at Carlisle.
Johnston has been training in Middleham since 1988 when he purchased Kingsley House and in 2004, took out the 1,000 Guineas with Attraction who also won the Coronation Stakes.
Johnstron trained more than 100 winners for 23 consecutive seasons and in 2018Mark became the trainer with the most wins in British racing history, taking his total to 4194.
