Mi ck Price took out his training license in 1991 after working for many trainers at Epsom in Victoria.
Following some early success, Mick Price moved his stables to Caulfield in 1996, vacated by Lee Freedman which propelled his career.
The move allowed Price to become a leading figure in the Victorian training ranks, his first Group 1 winner coming with Rustic Dream in the 1999 Futurity Stakes.
Mick Price is regularly near the top of the Victorian Metropolitan trainers premiership and continues to train over a 100 winners a season with good success in Group 1 company.
