Melbourne conditioner Mick Price has been regarded as a top trainer in general but a great one with younger horses especially.
Multiple 2&3yo Group 1s in Victoria and NSW substantiate that.
But his best horse to date was the brilliant sprinter Lankan Rupee who was rated the best in the world during his period of dominance in 2014.
Earlier in 2019, Price decided on a change of set up and partnered with Michael Kent Jnr following an acquisition of more stables at Warrnambool.
